To enhance the visual appearance of the power-boosted 997 turbo, Gemballa has developed a particularly elegant aerodynamic kit. The Gemballa front spoiler arrives at a perfect combination of elegance and sport appeal. It reduces the lift on the front axle and helps to diminish the drag. The side skirts continue the line beginning at the front spoiler. They help to make the car look lower and optimize the aerodynamics in the area of the rear wings. Discreet air inlets help to cool the tires and brakes, besides adding a touch of racing car flair... with which the Turbo GT 550 can be compared in particular in terms of the tail-end. This is because Gemballa has pulled out all the stops here, to ensure that the cars it passes (of which there will be many) are able to enjoy an impressive view. A particularly striking feature is the rear wing that has been significantly modified, compared to the production version. It features openings at the bottom to supply the turbocharged engine with additional "air to breathe". Its top is adorned by the impressive main spoiler, which helps to create downforce for the rear axle. The tailgate skirt has also undergone a complete make-over. Whereas the production version doesn"t let you see below the surface, in contrast the Gemballa makes this possible through generous use of a racing grille. For example, the rear muffler is visible from the outside. The racing grille also encompasses the powerful tailpipes of the exhaust system - Gemballa simply moved them further up, thereby adding the finishing touch to this perfect racing look!

Gemballa obtains a fiery 550 bhp from the 3.6 l 6-cylinder engine. Following modification, the boxer engine, which is supercharged by two turbochargers, delivers 576 lb-ft torque, producing a significant improvement in flexibility. Gemballa attains these values by fitting a power kit comprising a complete exhaust gas system, including metal sports catalysts and a modified engine management system. The Turbo GT 550 requires less than 3.7 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph. With overboost, a breathtaking 3.5 seconds are made possible. 2007 BMW 335i Convertible
The new BMW 3 Series Convertible retains all the elegance and unique style that is characteristic of the 3 Series with the top either open or closed. The long and sleek hood, low shoulder line and the broad-shouldered rear end make the new BMW 3 Series Convertible unmistakable from any angle. And with the new retracting hardtop, it offers performance, comfort, safety, and value unique in its segment.
Inside the new Convertible, the functional benefits of the hardtop are clear. The only way BMW engineers could exceed the proven qualities of the BMW soft top in terms of resistance to tough winter weather and superior noise control was to switch over to a steel plate structure. The closed roof, with its large windows and fully lined underside, offers the occupants optimum visibility as well as a bright and premium ambience. Compared to the previous generation 3 Series Convertible, the rear side windows are now 30 percent larger and visibility to the rear has been improved by a significant 38 percent.

2008 Audi TT Roadster 3.2 Quattro
The Body and SafetyLike the TT Coupé, the body of the TT Roadster is also built on the principles of Audi Space Frame (ASF) technology, featuring a pioneering hybrid construction that showcases the brand's tremendous expertise in lightweight design. The body is made from 58 percent aluminium and 42 percent steel. This material mix makes the Roadster extremely light, with the 2.0 TFSI tipping the scales at just 1,295 kilograms when unladen. To ensure that the load is distributed evenly between the axles, the steel components are located principally at the rear of the body – the bulkhead behind the passenger compartment, for example, is made from steel. This particular component, which anchors the high-strength roll-over bars with their elegant plastic covering, has a fundamental role to play in the body's overall rigidity.
The interior of the TT Roadster is noticeably larger too, offering extra headroom and elbow room. The width at shoulder height is now 1362 mm, an increase of 29 mm.Deep-set sports seats provide firm lateral support for both the driver and passenger. The standard-specification leather sports steering wheel features a flat-bottomed rim. The optional Impulse leather trim with its distinctive topstitching already attained cult status when it was offered for the outgoing model; it is one of four different leather trim packages.
